At The Happiness Project, we want you to love your purchase as much as we love creating it. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
